01 - 8 large sheets roasted nori

→ Seasonings

02 - 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
03 - 1½ teaspoons sea salt (or to taste)
04 - 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

05 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
06 - ½ teaspoon chili flakes (optional, for heat)

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Stack 2 nori sheets at a time and brush the top layer lightly with sesame oil. Sprinkle with sea salt and sesame seeds. Add garlic powder or chili flakes if desired.
03 - Place the other sheet directly on top and press gently to adhere. Repeat with remaining sheets.
04 - Using kitchen scissors or a sharp knife, cut the stacked sheets into small rectangles or triangles (about 2 x 5 cm).
05 - Arrange the pieces in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Bake for 12–15 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until crisp but not browned. Watch closely to avoid burning.
07 - Let cool completely on the baking sheet. Store in an airtight container to keep crispy.
